Vivo V9 Youth: Price Drop in India

In the recent images of Vivo V9 Youth posted on the official Twitter handles for Mahesh Telecom and BigC, the official price has been decreased from INR 18,990 to 17,990. The logo of FIFA World Cup 2018 at the top of these images presumably compare the price drop with the festive season of FIFA World Cup. However, on Vivo India’s online website, the primary product listing still denotes the phone’s selling price as INR 18,990.

It can be a possibility that the price drop is only intended for offline retailers or it might take some time for Vivo to update the information officially on its site. Currently, Amazon India Coupons also has the official listing of the Vivo V9 Youth at the original price, i.e. INR 18,990. However, the phone’s gold colour variant is being sold by third-party sellers on the website at discounted prices, with the lowest being INR 17,299.
